Adesola earned (LL. B) at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Ogun State, Ago Iwoye in 2006 and was called to bar in the Nigerian Law School Lagos in 2007. She is concluding her Master’s in Law program at the Babcock University Ilisan, Ogun State.

She is currently an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Adesola is currently the Vice-President of the Association of Corporate Trustees in Nigeria and participated in several trainings relating to transaction structuring and Compliance both in Nigeria and overseas.

She is on the management team of STL Capital and Advisory Limited as Compliance officer.
