Akin Oni holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree, both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. His LL.M focused on Maritime Law, Banking, and Corporate Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), further enhancing his credentials in corporate governance and financial services.

He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (SMP). With extensive experience in private legal practice and as in-house counsel for corporate organizations, Akin has developed a strong reputation for his expertise in legal and financial advisory.

As the Executive Director, Akin oversees the Legal Department, focusing on securitization, project finance, and structuring complex transactions.
