Niyi is the Managing Director of STL Capital and Advisory Limited.

He has over 20 years’ experience in corporate and investment banking and asset management garnered from major banks and investment banking firms in Africa including Greenwich Trust (now Greenwich Merchant Bank), Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank Group), Skye Bank (now Polaris Bank), Talitha Group, EU, Butterpot Capital and Rosebank Advisory Partners.

He has participated and led teams on Capital Raising, M&A, Divestments and Buyouts deals worth over USD5billion for corporates in multiple industries, and for governments at different levels.

In his dual role as Regional Director Sub-Saharan Africa, Talitha Group and the CEO of Butterpot Capital, Nigeria, he led the acquisition of Independent Securities, Nigeria and transformed the Company into a full-fledged investment banking firm in 2013.

He joined Rosebank Advisory Partners in 2016 from where he joined STL Capital in September 2023. He also sits on the Board of Hydraform International and Nepal Energies Africa.
